Tick surveillance and abundance report - January 2022

The Tick Surveillance program is a District surveillance program that focuses on collecting and
sampling ticks that are possible vectors for tick borne diseases, such as Lyme disease, tickborne
relapsing fever (TBRF), Rocky Mountain spotted fever, and tularemia. For more information on the tick abundance by parks, species, and sex, please read our January 2022 report.
